1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FXTradeKing's services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Description of Services

FXTradeKing provides subscription-based Forex and cryptocurrency trading signals, market analysis, copy trading access, and educational content. Our signals are delivered via Telegram, WhatsApp, Email, and SMS depending on your chosen subscription plan.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

All subscriptions are charged in advance on a monthly basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Not Financial Advice

All signals, analysis, and content provided by FXTradeKing are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

5. Risk Warning

Trading Forex and cryptocurrencies involves a substantial risk of loss. Past performance of signals does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. Please see our Risk Disclosure for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, analysis, branding, and materials on the FXTradeKing platform are the intellectual property of FXTradeKing. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any signals or content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Account Termination

FXTradeKing reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, redistributes signals, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

FXTradeKing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our signals or platform. Your use of FXTradeKing is entirely at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
